We identified the core buyer โ Brazilian streetwear fans with strong national identity, aged 18โ35, active on Instagram and TikTok. We built custom and lookalike audiences around this profile.

We monitored performance daily, cutting underperforming ad sets, scaling what worked, and adjusting copy and creative based on real data to keep cost-per-order low as volume grew.
Urgency-Led Ad Creative Strategy
We leaned into the numbered edition mechanic โ "Lot 2: Numbers 51โ150, available until the quarterfinals or while stock lasts." Every ad communicated scarcity and a closing window, driving immediate action.
