A great product trapped inside a forgettable store

Untoxicated sells allergen-free sensitive skincare, a genuinely differentiated product with a real story. But their Shopify store didn't communicate any of that. It looked like thousands of other stores: bright yellow banners, cluttered layout, generic copy, and no clear brand identity.

Visitors landed and left. Not because the product was wrong, but because the store didn't give them a reason to trust it.

Brand Audit

We reviewed the existing store to identify what was damaging trust and suppressing conversions. The core issue: the design didn't match the product's premium positioning.

Trust Signal Integration

We embedded credibility cues (expert badge, star rating, certifications) directly into the hero so visitors feel confident before they even scroll.

Visual Identity Rebuild

We created a new colour system, typography hierarchy, and layout structure that reflected the product's premium, clean, dermatologist-trusted brand personality.

Full Shopify Build

The redesign was implemented end-to-end in Shopify โ€” fully responsive, fast-loading, and built to convert on mobile where most skincare shoppers browse.
